  • basic set of support services automatically for all products free of charge
  • receiving the request in the queue through the monitoring center 24/7
  • the initial reaction to the request is usually no earlier than 2 working days after being accepted into the system
  • only analysis and troubleshooting (configuration changes and new functions according to the standard System Support price list)

  • initial reaction to the request no later than the next working day after admission to the system
  • 1 hour of remote management by a technician
  • guarantee of the technician’s departure in 3 working days
  • extended warranty of 5 years for physical PBX up to the size of IPBX-F50
  • only analysis and troubleshooting (configuration changes and new functions according to the standard System Support price list)

  • guarantee of the technician’s departure in 2 working days
  • extended warranty of 5 years for physical PBX up to the size of IPBX-F100
  • complete management incl. changes in the configuration, addition of extensions, or adjustments in the dialplan

  • acceptance of the request into the queue via the monitoring center 24/7
  • initial reaction to the request 1 hour

  • guarantee of the technician’s departure no later than the next working day
  • extended warranty of 5 years for the physical PBX (all types)
  • complete management incl. changes in the configuration, addition of extensions, or adjustments in the dialplan

The service package is intended for those whose business depends on voice services and therefore need the maximum possible guarantee of operation in the event of a failure. It ensures faster response time and priority resolution of issues through technical support. It is billed monthly. As standard, we provide free S0 service package with each of the Faster voice services.

Projekt "Vybudování a provoz datového centra Faster CZ spol. s r.o.," (číslo CZ.01.4.04/0.0/0.0/15_011/0001405) je spolufinancován Evropskou unií v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost (OP PIK). Na základě žádosti o podporu ze dne 30.7.2015 byl projekt uznán Ministerstvem financí jako způsobilý k poskytnutí dotace na výstavbu datového centra.

Zahájení projektu: 1.9.2015

Ukončení projektu: 31.12.2018

Realizace projektu: Jarní 1064/44g, Maloměřice, 614 00 Brno.

Cílem projektu je vybudování a provoz nového ekologicky šetrného datového centra, které zvýší konkurenceschopnost firmy a kvalitu poskytovaných služeb, vytvoří nová specializovaná pracovní místa a rozšíří spolupráci s brněnskými vysokými školami.
