With the activation of the control panel we recommend ordering one of the service packages (S0 – S3)<\/strong>, charged monthly. It is designed for those who depend on voice services for their business and therefore need the maximum possible guarantee of commissioning in the event of a failure. It specifies a list of technical support entitlements<\/strong>, warranties and guarantees faster response times according to set SLAs<\/strong> and priority problem resolution via technical support.
