In addition, there is no need to worry about security and exceptions on firewalls. Your internal extension number can be securely used from anywhere worldwide.

A wide variety of functions at the base

A wide range of features include automatic call routing and transfer, voice menu navigation, conference calling, recording and email notification of missed calls. Presence profiles allow you to set the current status of the extensions for different operating modes (meeting, lunch breaks, business trip and do not disturb). For call centers, there are more robust applications with waiting queues, service agents and clear exports of PBX behavior records.

The virtual PBX offers a basic set of IPBX services without the use of hardware directly at your location. The advantage is minimal capital expenditure at the time of acquisition, no maintenance concerns, security updates or outdated hardware or software.
